Terms of Service
These terms govern access to FrameMitra services, websites, software and plugins, including FM Album Designing Tools. By creating an account, installing or using applicable software, or using the service, you agree to them.
Platform role
FrameMitra provides tools for professional discovery, hiring requests, bookings, availability and portfolio publishing. Users contract directly with each other; FrameMitra is not a party to their work agreement unless expressly stated.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and use the correct account type. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Hiring, bookings and payments
Request details, pricing, scope, travel, taxes, payment timing, cancellation and delivery terms must be confirmed by the participating users. A status shown in FrameMitra records workflow state; it does not itself guarantee payment or performance.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate others, upload unlawful or infringing material, scrape private data, bypass access controls, spam users, distribute malware or use the service to facilitate illegal or unsafe activity.
Content and licenses
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant FrameMitra a limited license to host, process and display that content only as needed to operate and promote the service according to your visibility settings.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FrameMitra is not responsible for user conduct, off-platform agreements, indirect loss or events outside reasonable control.
Suspension, termination and changes
Access may be limited for security, legal or policy reasons. Material changes to these terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
FM Album Designing Tools
These additional terms apply when you install or use FM Album Designing Tools, a Photoshop plugin developed by Hridita Innovations for Frame Mitra.
Trial
FM Album Designing Tools may include a 30-day full-feature trial. The trial period begins when the trial is activated and expires automatically after the applicable trial period.
Trial availability may be limited to one trial per installation or device identity. Starting, uninstalling, reinstalling or otherwise attempting to reset the plugin does not guarantee eligibility for a new trial.
License activation
Continued use after the trial period requires a valid license. License activation and validation may communicate with FrameMitra licensing services to confirm license status, device association and entitlement.
A license may be subject to a maximum number of permitted devices. Sharing, reselling, transferring or attempting to bypass license restrictions is not permitted unless expressly authorized by FrameMitra.
Software use
You may use FM Album Designing Tools only with a compatible installation of Adobe Photoshop and in accordance with applicable Adobe terms.
You must not attempt to:
- bypass licensing controls;
- interfere with activation or validation systems;
- distribute unauthorized copies;
- circumvent trial restrictions;
- reverse engineer the plugin except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- use the plugin in violation of applicable law.
Compatibility and updates
FrameMitra may update, modify or discontinue features of FM Album Designing Tools from time to time.
Compatibility may depend on the Adobe Photoshop version, operating system and Adobe UXP environment. We do not guarantee that every future version of Adobe Photoshop will remain compatible with every version of the plugin.
User files and content
FM Album Designing Tools operates primarily within Adobe Photoshop. Users remain responsible for their own Photoshop documents, photographs, album pages, project files and backups.
Unless a feature expressly states otherwise, the plugin does not transfer the contents of users' Photoshop documents or photographs to FrameMitra licensing servers.
License suspension or revocation
Access to the plugin may be suspended or revoked where a license is expired, revoked, misused, obtained fraudulently or used in violation of these terms.
Purchases, refunds and cancellations
Purchases, refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms presented at the point of sale, including any applicable Adobe Marketplace, payment provider or FrameMitra purchase policies.
Where mandatory consumer-law rights apply, those rights are not excluded by these terms.
