Terms of Service
These terms govern access to FrameMitra. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Platform role
FrameMitra provides tools for professional discovery, hiring requests, bookings, availability and portfolio publishing. Users contract directly with each other; FrameMitra is not a party to their work agreement unless expressly stated.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and use the correct account type. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Hiring, bookings and payments
Request details, pricing, scope, travel, taxes, payment timing, cancellation and delivery terms must be confirmed by the participating users. A status shown in FrameMitra records workflow state; it does not itself guarantee payment or performance.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate others, upload unlawful or infringing material, scrape private data, bypass access controls, spam users, distribute malware or use the service to facilitate illegal or unsafe activity.
Content and licenses
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant FrameMitra a limited license to host, process and display that content only as needed to operate and promote the service according to your visibility settings.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FrameMitra is not responsible for user conduct, off-platform agreements, indirect loss or events outside reasonable control.
Suspension, termination and changes
Access may be limited for security, legal or policy reasons. Material changes to these terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
