Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information FrameMitra processes across its websites, services, software and plugins, including FM Album Designing Tools, why it is used and the choices available to users.
Information collected
We process account identifiers, contact and profile information, authentication metadata, portfolio content, availability, hiring requests, bookings, notification preferences and technical records needed to secure and operate the service.
For FM Album Designing Tools, we may also process licensing, activation, trial and installation-related technical identifiers as described below.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, publish profiles at the user’s direction, deliver hiring and booking workflows, prevent abuse, provide support, maintain audit history and improve reliability.
Visibility and sharing
Published profile and published portfolio fields can be viewed publicly. Private account, settings and workflow data is restricted to authorized participants and service operators. We use infrastructure providers such as Firebase and hosting providers to process data on our behalf.
Retention and security
Records are retained while an account is active and as reasonably needed for security, legal obligations, dispute handling and business records. We use authentication, scoped database rules, validated uploads and trusted server operations for sensitive state changes.
Google Drive integration
FrameMitra accesses Google Drive only after the user explicitly grants permission. We use this granted access to provide Drive-connected FrameMitra features such as Portfolio and Photo Selection.
FrameMitra requests limited, non-sensitive Google Drive permissions (drive.file) and does not request unrestricted access to your entire Drive. Drive files and folders are accessed only as needed to create, sync, and deliver requested features.
FrameMitra may store Drive folder and file identifiers alongside connection metadata in private server records. OAuth credentials and tokens required to maintain the connection are stored on the server and are never exposed publicly or in client-side profile documents.
Google Drive data is never sold, shared with third-party advertisers, or used for advertising. Users can disconnect the integration from their FrameMitra dashboard or revoke access at any time through their Google Account security settings. Once disconnected or revoked, FrameMitra no longer accesses the connected Drive content. User-owned Drive storage remains governed by and subject to the user’s own Google account storage limits.
FM Album Designing Tools
This section applies to FM Album Designing Tools, an Adobe Photoshop plugin developed by Hridita Innovations for Frame Mitra.
License and trial information
When FM Album Designing Tools starts or validates a trial or paid license, the plugin communicates with FrameMitra licensing services. The licensing service may process technical information required to operate and protect the license system, including:
- an installation or device identifier generated for licensing purposes;
- a protected or hashed device identifier used to associate a trial or license with an installation;
- license and activation status;
- activation identifiers;
- plugin version;
- device name where available;
- trial start and expiration timestamps;
- license validation and last-seen timestamps; and
- technical information necessary to detect invalid, revoked, suspended or expired licenses.
FrameMitra does not need to store a customer's plaintext license key as part of normal license records. License keys may be processed during activation and protected representations may be stored for validation and security purposes.
Purpose of licensing data
This information is used only as reasonably necessary to:
- start and validate the 30-day trial;
- activate and validate paid licenses;
- enforce permitted device limits;
- prevent repeated or unauthorized trial activation;
- detect revoked, suspended, expired or invalid licenses;
- provide offline and renewal-related license functionality where applicable;
- prevent abuse of the licensing system; and
- provide technical support.
Photoshop documents and photographs
FM Album Designing Tools performs its album-design and photo-workflow functions locally within Adobe Photoshop.
The contents of users' Photoshop documents, photographs, album pages and other creative project files are not uploaded to FrameMitra licensing servers as part of license or trial validation.
The licensing service receives licensing-related technical information only, not the contents of users' creative files.
Storage and retention
Licensing and trial records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate licenses, prevent trial or license abuse, provide support, maintain security records and comply with legal or business-record obligations.
Certain installation identifiers and trial records may continue to be retained after a trial expires or a license is deactivated where necessary to enforce trial eligibility, device limits or licensing security.
Third-party infrastructure
FrameMitra may use infrastructure providers to host and operate licensing services. These providers process information only as necessary to provide infrastructure and related services on FrameMitra's behalf.
Licensing information is not sold to advertisers and is not used for third-party advertising.
User choices and support
Users may contact support@framemitra.com with questions about FM Album Designing Tools licensing, activation or privacy.
Requests concerning applicable access, correction or deletion rights will be handled subject to identity verification, security requirements and any lawful retention obligations.

Dashboard controls let you update information, unpublish discovery, change preferences and download an account snapshot. Requests concerning access, correction or deletion can be sent to the contact address below; identity verification and lawful retention exceptions may apply.
Children and changes
FrameMitra is intended for adults able to enter work agreements and is not directed to children. Policy changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
