Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information FrameMitra processes, why it is used and the choices available to account holders.
Information collected
We process account identifiers, contact and profile information, authentication metadata, portfolio content, availability, hiring requests, bookings, notification preferences and technical records needed to secure and operate the service.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, publish profiles at the user’s direction, deliver hiring and booking workflows, prevent abuse, provide support, maintain audit history and improve reliability.
Visibility and sharing
Published profile and published portfolio fields can be viewed publicly. Private account, settings and workflow data is restricted to authorized participants and service operators. We use infrastructure providers such as Firebase and hosting providers to process data on our behalf.
Retention and security
Records are retained while an account is active and as reasonably needed for security, legal obligations, dispute handling and business records. We use authentication, scoped database rules, validated uploads and trusted server operations for sensitive state changes.
Your choices
Dashboard controls let you update information, unpublish discovery, change preferences and download an account snapshot. Requests concerning access, correction or deletion can be sent to the contact address below; identity verification and lawful retention exceptions may apply.
Children and changes
FrameMitra is intended for adults able to enter work agreements and is not directed to children. Policy changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
